TREETICKET SALES TERMS AND CONDITIONS

TREETICKET

SALES TERMS

AND

CONDITIONS

By accepting and making a purchase through our platform, you guarantee and accept that you have read the TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SERVICE (hereinafter referred to as "TERMS") of TreeTicket (available at https://www.treeticket.com/terms-of-service/) and agree to be bound by its terms, policies, and obligations referenced or included therein.

By making this purchase, you also agree not to use TreeTicket's services for any illegal, immoral purposes, or in violation of the TERMS.

You declare that you or the individuals on whose behalf you are making the purchase meet the minimum age requirement for the event you wish to attend, as displayed on the corresponding event page. Neither TreeTicket nor the event organizer will be held responsible for denying access to individuals who purchase a ticket but do not meet the entry requirements.

You commit to providing current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made on our website and accept full responsibility for any incorrect or incomplete information provided. You must also keep your account and personal information, including your email address and credit card numbers and expiration dates, up to date to allow us to complete your transactions and contact you when necessary.

You also acknowledge that you are authorized to make this purchase as the cardholder or as a representative with the legal authorization and informed consent of the cardholder. Purchases made without the cardholder's authorization may be canceled without prior notice. TreeTicket will not be held responsible for fraudulent use of payment methods or scams by third parties through our platform. The user commits to compensating TreeTicket in case of fraudulent use. In connection with this, TreeTicket reserves the right to limit withdrawals of balances and use them to cover payment costs owed on the platform, including but not limited to processing fees, commissions, refunds, cardholder disputes, or chargebacks.

The tickets you purchase will be exclusively digital and will be sent to your registered or provided email address; no physical ticket will be sent unless explicitly stated by TreeTicket. This also applies to any add-ons or products purchased through our platform, meaning no physical product will be sent. Only a digital confirmation will be sent to your email, which you must present to the event organizer or their representative at the event to receive the add-on or product, as applicable.

TreeTicket may, at its sole discretion, limit or cancel the number of tickets purchased per person, per household, or per order, depending on the event. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address.

Under this consideration, you guarantee that you will not initiate any claims, including disputes over payments or credit cards, chargebacks, or similar claims, alleging that you did not receive a physical ticket or product or that the product was not received.

You agree that we are not responsible if the event organizer refuses or rejects your purchased ticket or any presentation related to any add-ons or products purchased. Refunds will not be granted for this reason unless the organizer explicitly approves it, in which case only the nominal value of the ticket will be refunded.

All tickets must include the attendee's name as per their identification, and you agree that entry to the event may be denied if the purchased ticket contains incorrect information or does not match any valid identification, with no right to a refund.

You agree to comply with all rules and policies required for the event, over which TreeTicket has no control or responsibility, which should be consulted directly through the means provided by the event organizer.

TreeTicket will not be responsible for cancellations, rescheduling, or the quality of the event. It will also not be held responsible if the fulfillment of its obligations under these Terms of Sale is hindered or limited in any way by any act or event related to any force majeure. Force majeure shall include unforeseen events such as, but not limited to, acts of nature, government actions, wars, pandemics, diseases, tides, lightning, floods, explosions, embargos, power outages, lockouts, slowdowns, strikes, droughts, rebellions, revolutions, and terrorism.
