In case of cancellation or rescheduling of an event, we will notify you through the contact information provided at the time of purchase. In accordance with the Ministry of Economy, Industry, and Commerce (hereinaIer «MEIC») regulations, consumers will have the right to choose between a full refund of the ticket value, which will be processed within thirty (30) calendar days following the request, as long as it is made within no more than fiIeen (15) calendar days aIer the cancellaNon or rescheduling notification, or accept the new proposed date, in which case the purchased tickets will remain valid. In case of changes in the event schedule, such as artist substitutions or location modifications, we will inform you promptly. These changes will not give the right to a refund unless they substantially affect the originally promised experience, in which case you may request a refund under the same terms applicable to cancellation. To process the refund, you must follow the procedure indicated on the placorm, providing the necessary ticket information.

We are commiged to respecting and protecting consumer rights, in compliance with the Law for the Promotion of Competition and Effective Consumer Protection (Law No. 7472) and other applicable regulations issued by MEIC.

We may, at our discretion, limit or cancel the quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders using the same billing and/or shipping address. If we modify or cancel an order, we will agempt to notify you by contacting the email or WhatsApp provided at the time of ordering. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our judgment, appear to be placed by merchants, resellers, or distributors.

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made on our website. You also agree to keep your account and other information updated, including your email address, credit card numbers, and expiration dates, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.

You acknowledge and agree that you may be denied entry to any event if the ticket purchased contains incorrect details or does not match any physical identification you provide.

We are not responsible for any damage or harm related to the purchase or use of goods, services, resources, content, or any other transaction made in connection with third-party websites. Please review third-party policies and practices carefully and ensure you understand them before engaging in any transaction. Complaints, claims, concerns, or questions regarding third-party products should be directed exclusively to them.

In our commitment to global reforestation, we coordinate the planting of one tree for every ticket sold,
under the following conditions:

(a) For tickets valued under $5 USD, one tree will be planted for every 10 tickets sold.

(b) For tickets valued at $5 USD or above, one tree will be planted for each ticket.

(c) No trees will be planted for free events.

The planting and maintenance of the trees are not the responsibility of TreeTicket, as this task is carried out exclusively by local and international reforestation organizations, contracted through specialized third parties. Consequently, TreeTicket does not directly undertake the planting of the trees nor does it assume any responsibility for the planting or survival of these trees.

Additionally, regarding the availability of images of the planted trees, we clarify that it may not always be possible to provide individual photographs of each tree. The images that attendees and organizers receive may be duplicated and correspond to representative trees of the planting carried out for the event.
Furthermore, no follow-up photographs of the growth of the trees will be provided, as some will be planted in remote areas. However, TreeTicket may offer periodic reports on the es mated CO2 capture potential of the planted trees. It is important to note that these CO2 capture calculations are approximate and do not constitute official carbon credits.

The submission of personal information through our placorm is governed by our DATA MANAGEMENT POLICY, which can be found updated on our website.

We will not be responsible for independently verifying or investigating the accuracy or truthfulness of any event. You acknowledge that TreeTicket is not responsible for the actual management or execuNon of events listed by promoters or event organizers on its website, and as such, any request for refunds or compensation related to event cancellations, postponements, or breaches will be the sole responsibility of the event organizer. We will also not be responsible if the event denies entry for reasons of inaccuracy, discrepancy, security, or any other reason.

Even if we express or declare that we have verified (or taken similar or analogous actions) concerning any event, offer, or informaNon on our site or services, it simply means we have taken that action and nothing more. You agree that TreeTicket makes no warranty and will not be liable for any mager concerning any information or events listed on its site or services.

These Service Terms will remain in effect until terminated by either you or TreeTicket. You may terminate these terms of service at any time by notifying us that you no longer wish to use our services, or when you cease using the TreeTicket site.

If, in our judgment, you fail, or we suspect that you have failed, to comply with any term or provision of the TERMS, we may terminate this agreement at any time without notice, and you will remain liable for all amounts due up to and including the date of termination; and/or accordingly, we may deny you access to our services (or any part thereof).

The fact that we do not exercise or enforce any right or provision of these Service Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.

TreeTicket shall not be liable if the performance of its obligations is impeded or limited in any way by any act or event related to a force majeure case. Force majeure shall be understood as unforeseen events beyond TreeTicket’s reasonable control, including, but not limited to, acts of nature, acts of government, war, pandemic, disease, storm, flood, explosion, embargo, blackout, lockout, slowdown, strikes.

These TERMS and any separate agreement whereby we provide you with services shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Costa Rica.
